The 90R12 is a mass fusion splicer capable of splicing up to 12 fiber ribbon cables simultaneously. In previous mass fusion splicer models, the v-grooves could become dirty over time due to debris and glass deposits from splicing accumulating in the v-grooves. Which in turn, could lead to fibre offsets and high losses if they were not regularly cleaned which added to the overall process time. The 90R12 comes with a first of its kind, innovative user replaceable V-groove assembly which makes this issue a thing of the past and is supplied as standard equipment with the 90R12 kit. This new V-groove assembly can be quickly and easily fitted in the field, minimizing downtime and maximising productivity. In addition, the new V-groove design enables splicing of both conventional type 12-fiber encapsulated ribbon and SWR (Spider Web Ribbon) whilst also accommodating 250um and 200um pitch fibers. The 90R12 can also splice single fibers if required. also making use of Active Blade Management Technology, which now can connect to two CT50 cleavers simultaneously.

The 41R is a equipped with good mobility and our wireless communication function, “Active Blade Management Technology”, where the splicer is connected to and monitors the fiber cleaver and ribbon fiber stripper With Active Blade Management Technology, it is far easier to maintain high quality fiber preparation. This product monitors every fiber’s end shape to assess the cleave quality. If the cleaved fiber is bad due to a worn blade position, this product sends a command to the fiber cleaver to rotate to the next viable blade position. The cleaver then executes the blade rotation automatically via an internal motor. This functionality greatly prevents operators from making a bad splice due to a worn out blade position. In addition, both the heating temperature and heating time of the ribbon fiber stripper are automatically changed according to the splice mode setting.

The RS02 is designed and developed with emphasis on operability and usability where less force is required for the stripping process. LTC-01 is the special tool for removing loose tube without damage to the UV acrylate coated optical fiber inside the loose tube.

The FP-03 series is the industry standard for durable and lasting protection of single fiber splices in field installations. The FPS01 series are specially designed for optical components, where small packaging is a priority. These micro sleeves provide the known reliability of Fujikura sleeves in the smallest possible lengths. This easy and cost effective method is a great alternative to recoating. The FPS01 and FPS04 series offer a wide range of options to accommodate various coating sizes, and are manufactured in a variety of lengths. This gives great flexibility in designing optical modules.

The FP-04T/05 provide these same performance levels for 8/12 fiber ribbon respectively. . The FPS04 and FPS08 series are specially designed for optical components, where small packaging is a priority. The ELCT series is the exclusive elctrodes for Fujikura fusion splicers. In order to preform Fujikura splicers properly and completely, the genuine electrodes shall be utilized. The ELCT series is supplued with a pair, for the anode and the cathode respectively.

The Fiber Holder, FH-70 series is exclusively used for Fujikura single and ribbon fiber Splicers. Fujikura　Fiber Holder System is developed to provide appropriate splicing work for several kinds of fibers, single fibers or fiber ribbons. The FH-70 series is supplied with a pair, for the left and the right respectively..

The function is to support user to transfer the drop cable easily from splicing area to heating module.

The FST-12 is a tool to quickly split a 12-fiber ribbon into individual fibers or sub-groups with separation ratio from 1:11 to 6:6.

The FAT-04 is designed to arrange 250μm coated fibers and to make a temporary ribbon configutation so that the fibers may be mass fusion spliced using the same procedures as conventional ribbon fiber.

The TJ series are designed for temporary jointing of optical fiber andor ribbon by using fiber holder.
