The 90R16 is a mass fusion splicer capable of splicing up to 16 fiber ribbon cables simultaneously. In previous mass fusion splicer models, the v-grooves could become dirty over time due to debris and glass deposits from splicing accumulating in the v-grooves. Which in turn, could lead to fibre offsets and high losses if they were not regularly cleaned which added to the overall process time. The 90R16 comes with a first of its kind, innovative user replaceable V-groove assembly which makes this issue a thing of the past and is supplied as standard equipment with the 90R16 kit. This new V-groove assembly can be quickly and easily fitted in the field, minimizing downtime and maximising productivity. In addition, the new V-groove design enables splicing of both conventional type 12-fiber encapsulated ribbon and SWR (Spider Web Ribbon) whilst also accommodating 250um and 200um pitch fibers. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The CT-16 fiber cleaver from Fujikura was designed for FTTH or other space constrained applications where ergonomics and durability are key. It is compact, can be operated ambidextrously, and features a unique fiber adapter, allowing users to cleave two bare fibers simultaneously when paired with the dual fiber stripper, the SS-05. The scrap collector and fiber adapter side can be swapped by the user for left or right-handed preference, or as environmental constraints dictate. Furthermore, the thumbwheel on the bottom of the cleaver is utilized for blade rotations as opposed to previous tedious processes to rotate a cleaver blade. The top lever opens past vertical allowing for easy viewing, cleaning, and adjustment of the cleave length. The blade is retracted when the top lever is opened and the blade activates to score the fiber when it is closed, making this a true one-step cleaver. Like its predecessor, this cleaver can withstand a 30” drop from any of six different orientations and still maintain factory specified cleave angle performance. The cleaver blade and fiber clamping mechanisms are easy to replace in the field, mitigating the need to send this cleaver in for service.

In addition, both the heating temperature and heating time of the ribbon fiber stripper are automatically changed according to the splice mode setting.

LTC-01 is the special tool for removing loose tube without damage to the UV acrylate coated optical fiber inside the loose tube.

The FP-04T/05 provide these same performance levels for 8/12 fiber ribbon respectively. . The FPS04 and FPS08 series are specially designed for optical components, where small packaging is a priority. The ELCT series is the exclusive elctrodes for Fujikura fusion splicers. In order to preform Fujikura splicers properly and completely, the genuine electrodes shall be utilized. The ELCT series is supplued with a pair, for the anode and the cathode respectively.

The Fiber Holder, FH-70 series is exclusively used for Fujikura single and ribbon fiber Splicers. Fujikura　Fiber Holder System is developed to provide appropriate splicing work for several kinds of fibers, single fibers or fiber ribbons. The FH-70 series is supplied with a pair, for the left and the right respectively..
